A Poem for the Sun God

S.oftly, warmth embraces me
U.pward, as I turn my face
N.estled in his tranquil sea, the
S.un God weeps his golden lace
H.ail, my Lord, who drenches me
I.n golden whispers… shadows break
N.ight reborn for mortal pawns, in
E.arly games of shadow chase

Nicely constructed verse…I love that you could ‘feel’ the poem….well done.
